Antique mid-20th Century Italian large and unusual caviar serving dish, in the form of a crab, realistically modelled and textured, the top shell hinged onto a glass caviar dish. Possibly made by Figura Piero Per Atena (renowned, rare and very collectible Italian pewter manufacturer).
