One of the rarest Louis Vuitton trunks to be offered, this trunk is covered in the world famous damier (checkerboard) canvas. Dating to around 1900, it is a perfect example of such trunks. Inside has three original trays and quilted lid. This trunk has its original Louis Vuitton stamped label insideThis trunk is one of a trio once belonging to a family called de Long as monogramed on the side. c. 1910
